When answering a post by @Josh1855, I realized I genuinely don’t understand why there are different types of buttons in Wix Studio. Shouldn’t we just have one button that does everything we need it to do? It’s nice that the styled button has more options like gradients and icons, but what good are those if you can’t make it responsive? It’s ironic that the “basic” button is the one with text scaling.
Make it make sense.

Tech support agents didn’t even know about this. Spent half an hour on the phone them telling me it was expected behaviour although all other elements scale proportionally.

Haha, I love the platform but the support is meh. I had 5 tickets with basic questions, not one of my ticket got resolved within 10 days and I had to find solutions myself.

Did you got your solution? Where and how ?
Also found another anomaly related to this; when I use a styled button in a section I can’t use the blue Section height handles with the Section is set to Scale Proportionally. I have to use the height value in the Inspector. Can anyone confirm this behaviour?
Support is incredible hit and miss with Wix. I called in once to try to get some specifics on what Wix wants in its code for SVGs, because its not mentioned anywhere and they can exhibit weird behavior depending on where they come from (Canva, Affinity, etc.). The support person literally put me on hold for 15 minutes to look up on their own FAQ page what SVGs were and her answer to me was “yes, SVGs are an image format that you can upload through Wix.” I was shocked at how little this person knew.
On the other hand, I’ve had support agents who were absolute rockstars, like someone named Stormie who absolutely knew their stuff and was super helpful. I feel like Studio Partners should just get to those people directly, and save the first kind for the Wix Classic newbs.
