Why does the video player not respect standard video formats?
When I use a video player with a full HD 1920x1080 video, I get margins on the sides and my layout no longer corresponds to what I have in the studio editor.
The only solution to keep my layout seems to be to re-export my videos in a non-standard format of 1920x1020 by removing 60px vertically.
Why is a standard ratio of 16:9 not possible?
I think this is more to do with the element not being adjusted to the correct measurements. You can change it’s size to be however tall, wide you want it to be.
Have you tried making the element 60px wider?
THANKS ! My mistake ! I apparently made a mistake in calculating the ratio of my element which was 640x350 instead of 640x360 corresponding to the 16:9 ratio.
