Why wix not support safari?

I have setup a website with signup process and a bunch of functionalities even 3rd party payment integration, everything works fine in all browsers except Safari (DESKOTP AND MOBILE)

major issue pops up in the signup process literally I have the first phase to signup the user, so i created a custom register page first but I thought the issue was with coding so i dropped custom signup and decided to use wix default login itself. But now when the user signup, the user is created in Site Members but its greyed out here as if its an error, but if we close this and refresh we can proceed

Safari Version is right too

I used promptlogin with velo still not working its greyed out like this, if i use custom login it does not work at all too

What is the issue??

Can you please help me in this
@yisrael-wix PLEASE HELP!!

I have contacted Wix Support like about 20 times, got no help cause this clearly is not a coding issue , its a wix bug probably after the new product release

I tried safari and it also blanks out like this.

I think it’s because of WebGL, but I don’t know.

I think it happened after the new product release in wix, its a big issue actually, many people use safari, and its sad that I created whole other 3 rd party functionality here all well, and wix signup is causing issue, which is the first step even

Hi! My name is Jack and I am from Ukraine.

Recently wix stopped supporting there old editor, and so make a new one public to most of the community on wix.

This broke lots of websites and code and made it harder to fix them in some cases. Also, if you used editor X, (don’t switch, I don’t recommend it), some code might have also broke because betas can be very, very unstable.

Its not safari that’s causing it, and in @wavemount’s theory, neither WebGL.

I can’t make a new site either, cause there are many users who have already signed up in the website

This is going to be a disaster :(((

Wix did not stop supporting the standard editor. Editor X was introduced with web designers in mind, and the classic Editor remains fully supported.

Safari is fully supported. In fact, Safari is my browser of choice.

Support issues should be sent to Wix Customer Care . I have already forwarded your issue on to Wix Customer Care and they will be in touch.
