I have a new client who runs a cleaning company, she has regular clients and I was really dismayed to discover we still can’t book reoccurring appointments! The #featurerequest already exists so I am making this post to encourage everyone to vote. This should be a no brainer feature of bookings.

Thanks Steven! The same client just asked me why she can’t schedule multiple staff to one booking. She is a cleaning company so sometimes there are multiple staff that go… Is this really not available either?

I have reached out to the product team for further information in regards to setting up recurring appointments, it’s currently not possible. Our team is aware of the importance of this feature and will be adding it to our request board.
As for assigning multiple staff to one service, this is possible within Services Tab.
To assign a staff member to an Appointment:
Go to the Bookings Services tab in your site’s dashboard.
Click the relevant Appointment.
Scroll down to the Service Availability section.
Select the checkbox next to a staff member’s name to add them.
Complete the rest of the form and click Save.

Question that just popped in my head, if the calendar is synced with google and the client creates a reoccurring appointment in google will it sync back to bookings?

Currently, Wix Bookings connects to Google but it wouldn’t create a service within Wix Bookings when created in Google, so it would just be a Google Calendar that does not get pushed back to Wix or within the Wix system in any way.
recurring yes do recurring all other booking systems have recurring - it’s a very useful tool… other question I have is booking multiple classes at once… right now the quickest way i found is on the app you can pretty much book back book back book pretty quick. so it’s only an additional click each time… but it would be nice if you could get an option to book this class at this time for the next 5 weeks for example by selecting all the days & times first before going to confirm & book .
