Wix Chat is confusing.

Is anyone else finding Wix chat notifications to be, well, useless? This is specific to people who have multiple sites. So here’s what happens. I get a notification. Its generic, never says for which site. I click it, opens a the chat but doesn’t indicate the site so I dont know if I’m responding to my accounting clients chat, or my clients travel site chat, or another client. Then I click the back arrow at the top of the chat and it goes to the main dashboard. It’s a huge waste of time and not efficient at all. Am I doing something wrong? I’m pretty well versed in user experience and this is pretty bad. Would love to hear others thoughts or better how to get this addressed by someone at Wix.

Its frustrating for me and my clients. Especially when I push the app as a selling point for easy communication.

Can you please provide the details on the device you’re using so we can get a better picture of your settings - this might also help others with the same settings who might be in the same boat identify with this situation.
