Wix forum permission

I am trying to do a simple thing with Wix Forum. I am trying to give permission to all user or member to view any post but give permission to create post only to member who have selected subscription.

The goal here is to have member who have subscribe to a membership to create content that visitor or other member can view.

This is really basic…
