I started looking at the referral program app within Wix Studio, and I guess I just wanted to mention that I think it is ridiculous that to use the referral app within your customer site, you must go from paying €38 per month to €177… That kind of pricing jump, to use referrals, is absolutely insane…
@Randall_ORCHESTRADOR You’re correct that the Wix Referral Program requires a certain plan level to access it, but keep in mind the plan level required does offer many more benefits than just to use the Referral Program. For example, the higher plan provides many unlimited features whereas the lower plans do not.
But regardless, I’ve still noted this for the team, as we want to hear all feedback!
For the loyalty program, are you referring to the ‘Wix Loyalty Program’ or the ‘Loyalty program by Smile.io’?

Thank you, and sure, I, of course, understand that the Elite package has more benefits; for €130 extra per month, it should also do my laundry… lol … But on a serious note, the referrals function should start at a lower tier, even if limited on its capability, the way it is now, is basically silly to even let you install it.
I have no issues with the loyalty part of the app; I only mentioned it because they are part of the same app, or at least, it shows it that way on the dashboard.
As a premium member, does Wix Loyalty Program have a cost to my business?
