After working with Wix for over 5 years, I see that they changed their formatting whereby we cannot see the email of the potential client contacting us, and I also understand that our responses are somehow truncated, meaning that the formatting of our email signatures no longer holds for the recipient to see. A colleague of mine is suggesting that this will result in less queries and less conversions because of the lack of ability to correspond organically and professionally. This is VERY disturbing to me, as this is the majority of my income and will be a terrible blow to my business. Can anyone confirm or speak to this issue? Thank you.
