Yes. It would be good to have a status in between contacted and in progress. A very low conversion rate particularly for logo design. Perhaps too easy for people to submit a genuine request for support?

It would be great if you could make yourself unavailable for random leads but still have your marketplace listing active. I’m struggling to respond to 20 leads over the course of a few days knowing 1 or fewer might respond (particularly if logos), but if I make myself unavailable for new leads it apparently hides marketplace too - I’d still like the genuine leads who have reviewed my profile or clicked a link to my marketplace elsewhere to be able to get in touch.

@David Vella The email thing is frustrating. I started with personalised replies to leads but it was really time consuming, especially as most of the logo leads seem worthless. I created a workaround where I set up an automated email based on an action in a workflow.

When I add a contact to the first step of my workflow, an email is sent to the contact, introducing myself and what I do. It is a little generic but then so are most of the leads I am getting so far, especially the ones for logo design.

So I open the lead, right click the email to copy it, go to the contacts and add a new contact, then over to the workflow and add the contact to the first step. I found it less cumbersome than opening a new email and going back and forth copying a template then adjusting it to suit each client. If the lead looks more serious I would send a personalised email for sure though.

@brett Thank you Brett :slight_smile: I’ve also updated my logo pricing on my profile to filter out unrealistic logo leads.

@sissi-wedgwood copy the email address should work on right click (control + click on a Mac). Please let me know if you’re still having issues.

@hello72084 that makes a lot of sense. There are several things we want to do to improve flexibility in receiving leads. Please be patient with us while we work through it all.

Wasn’t sure worth starting a new thread, but two #FeatureRequests that I thought would be helpful for the marketplace.

  1. The ability to create a contact card from the lead once accepted - this way you can quickly have a card created and able to send a message to the user.

  2. Ability to create a workflow card from your contact list. Once again, this simple automation would help us quickly get a possible lead contacted and into our process so that we are able to be more efficient.
