Is it only me having issues with the Wix Online Programs?
I can’t add text, insert images, or embed videos into the content section. After three hours of chatting with customer support, I’m still nowhere closer to a solution. I’ve spoken to three different customer support agents.
The first didn’t even understand the problem, the second needed me to show them how to upload a course, and then claimed they couldn’t do anything about the issue because Wix Online Programs is a third-party plugin and not a Wix plugin. This is obviously not true. The third agent opened a ticket and promised I’d be updated via email.
This entire process has been extremely frustrating and unproductive.
