@brett I got an error message getting into the forum yesterday and this morning. Just emailed you then got in - thanks if you fixed it. I wanted to ask about this strange new message. What does it mean? I still have 30+ legit sites that haven’t been approved. Why tell me about this one? Was it denied? (I did build it).
@sheyla do you know anything about this? Any guidelines for how we should/can be following up now?
I was in the same boat!!! 1 site except I was trying to add my official Icon status site and boom I couldn’t. Now I am seeing I lost 100 points but all 19 sites are there…
I notice we can’t submit new projects for verifying, is something in the pipeline? I have a new client to submit? I also hadn’t finished my existing ones although I was getting a lot of errors/issues with this
I believe they’ve disabled it for a while until they fix all the bugs with it. I’m sure they’ll notify us when it’s up and running again

Is the marketplace linked to points? I.e.if a query comes through the marketplace, you complete it and submit for your profile etc. Do you automatically get your 100 partner points or do you have to submit separately? Apologies if this has been asked previously.
@brett Have been asking how to know who’s been contacted and not responded and how to follow up with them – has this been answered? How do we know if “Pending” means “Verified and pending renewal” or “Pending verification”?

Essentially, ‘points pending’ can mean your site is either ‘pending’ the 14 day purchase/renewal OR the site owner has not approved it yet.

As of now, completing a project in the Marketplace is unrelated to the accrual of points. You will need to follow the same guidelines for those sites regarding points We hope this process is more automated in the future!
@brett I don’t know where to break in to this conversation. This seems SOOO screwed up. I’ve been asking for weeks how to determine who didn’t respond, and the best way to follow up. I just opened up my email (1 AM 5/19) and see about 30 messages from Wix about this, giving me the names and telling me to contact them. BUT when I click on the follow-up buttons… THEY SAY EXPIRED. Jeeez. Can you help me understand what this is and what I’m supposed to do? Thanks…
@sheyla My question was how to tell which is which so I’d know who to contact - and also HOW to follow up with them to get verification in one contact. Then last night I received about 30 emails with the websites of those who hadn’t responded and instructions to contact them with a button that led to a form “expired.” I sent to Brett - will share again here.
I contacted one old client who Wix said “denied” me last week. I received and submitted an email from her verifying that I did indeed build her site. I forwarded her email to communitypartners@wix.com. I just looked, and she’s still listed as “denied.”
I also saw posts here that people calling old clients as contributors were finding requests had gone to junk mail or led to error messages. Someone even had a client who attempted to verify somehow – a form?? from where?? – and kept getting error messages. I wouldn’t want that to happen with any clients I haven’t helped lately.
So, @Sheyla, I now have a list of the websites that haven’t been verified BUT I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GET THEM VERIFIED BY CONTACTING MY CLIENTS. Here’s a copy of the emails I received, and a copy of the error message I get when I click on the “Manage Sites” button.
New question: is there a way to follow or bookmark a post so I don’t have to go through pages of posts to find one I’m interested in?
