I clicked “following” and hope it helps.
@dcliege That should definitely do the trick - you’ll be updated whenever there’s a new comment on this post
@dcliege Hi
If you submitted a site to a client and gotten a “decline” notice by accident - the team is aware of this issue and will be back-linking and double checking these.
At this point, there isn’t anything you need to do just yet. We’re looking into it
@sheyla Thank you. I’ll check again in a day or two.
After a wait of 2 weeks, another batch of sites were denied - all sites which I created from scratch, help the client to buy the right premium package, set them up with their Google G-Suite through WIX, assisted them to upgrade to the right Ascend plan and all are still in my account with direct access and contributor access and still did not get approved… so frustrating…
" We weren’t able to verify that you created this website… "
common… how hard it is for the system to recognize it is in your account and your access credentials are all in order.
their working on bugs so things should be normal again soon, but it is taking forever to fix the bugs since the submit button is gone from under the upgrade ad… wix needs to get moving soon on what ever bug their trying to fix
wix is taking so long that its like screwing with us partners jobs
if anything reputation is going downhill for partners
@sewellstephens104 Hey some of this happened to us, we have been with Wix for 10 years, it will get resolved, have faith. I think we are still in Beta too. All will be well.
@sewellstephens104 Definitely… I was negotiating a very good partnership with an agency here when this started, plans were paused, and after all this I don’t think they’ll be willing to proceed. I think most of my clients will be upset and suspicious of the competence of Wix if exposed to screw ups – as two have already been. I was waiting for them to work out the bugs, which I thought would be done long ago.
@sewellstephens104 I know… after that great roundtable/presentation of the plan way back then, and the short one week wait to get into the new dashboard - I was so ready to get my “Icon” half way into “Legend” and enjoy all those great new features and then this sudden freeze of everything for over a month now… took all the fun and excitement out of it like a deflated birthday balloon
if anything im conserned for bigger partners… like ones higher up than me since im just getting into pioneer
@dcliege and @hidemitakagi im definitely concerned more for other partners that are in icon or higher… thankfully im not too screwed since i have always been one to have fewer clients than other web developing companys and am about to be in pioneer level
Just a heads up…I changed my marketplace email and lost access to over 40 contributor sites including two that I was currently working on!! Apparently this shouldn’t happen and WiX are looking into it but maybe hesitate before changing your email!
@dcliege At the top of the page (top right) if viewing via a browser there is a ‘Follow Post’ button. On the mobile app if you go to the top of the whole post - scroll right back to where the main title is and click the three dots on the right you can Follow the post in there. You’ll then get notifications for this one discussion whenever someone adds a comment.
Hey there - glad to hear you escalated this, let us know what happens!
Thanks!
Hey @brett + @sheyla - -I’m just curious if there are updates re: the bugs in the submission flow. I’ve activated premium plans in my account in the past month, then transferred those plans to client accounts, and am now a contributor on those sites. Looks like I still can’t submit them, and I also didnt keep the premium plans in my account for 14 days, so I didnt get credit for them, I guess. I’m sure the team in still working, but besides this post in the forum, is there a Known Issue ticket or something we can follow to see when bugs are addressed? Or to know when the submit flow is opened up again?
Also, FWIW, I would strongly recommend changing the verbiage on “points pending” to have two different labels to indicate the two different types of “pending” - e.g. “pending owner approval” and “penidng 14 day window.” Or something. Havingone one label mean two different things = confusing, and not great UX.
Hey Jacob - yes, the team is actively working on these issues and making sure the flow is more intuitive moving forward. I’m sorry for the confusion though, and as soon as the option to submit sites is open again we’ll be shouting it from the rooftops
Good Morning @sheyla or @brett
Question/Concern:
So if we activate a premium account (monthly payments not yearly) and transferred it prior to 14 days to our client do we not get points for it, is it not recognized by the program?
I ask because I am noticing that upon activation it is in my account, but then upon transfer it disappears along with the points or pending points. I’ve lost 3 sites like this. No pending points or anything. Just completely gone. Even though I am still a contributor on the site and it still shows in my “upgrade site” options.
My apologies if you have already answered this 1000 times already.
