Hey everyone!

I’m super excited for you all to learn about workspaces, a brand new dashboard for managing your business.

Now, one of the awesome new features available with workspaces, is that you can belong to more than one workspace from ONE Wix account. You heard that right!

For example if you’re a freelancer working for multiple agencies, you can join each of their workspaces and simply switch between them all from your account. No more logging out and creating a new Wix account for each agency you work for.

  1. What is a workspace?
    A workspace is a game-changer! Designed specifically for agencies and freelancers, it centralizes all the tools you need to manage sites, clients, reusable assets, subscriptions, customer care tickets, and so much more.

    As a Wix Partners, you’ll also get access to the Marketplace and revenue share, all in one place.

  2. Do workspaces replace the Partner Dashboard?
    Yes, but everything you had in the Partner Dashboard is available in Wix Studio workspaces (with many improvements!).

  3. Can you move sites between workspaces?
    Not yet, although the Wix teams are working on this. You can still transfer sites between different accounts as usual.

  4. Did someone say Customer Care Tickets?
    Yes, I did! You now have a Customer Care Tickets tab where you can view your agency’s tickets and track their status.

There’s a whole range of new improvements, like:

  • A revamped news centre - showing updates, new releases and betas.
  • Client kits - for adding tutorials you or Wix have created to a site dashboard making it easy for clients to find the resources you’ve shared with them.
