Wix Subscriptions/Memberships Failed Payments

Hi!

I understand that any failed payments to a Wix membership or subscription automatically cancels the plan. Is there a way for us to retry the payment, or update the method on file? There doesn’t seem to be a way for the client to “manage” their plan or update their card info.

If not, what are the correct steps to fix a failed payment. My client cannot re-sign up for the payment (even though it’s after the plan date), it says that the plan is already purchased.

I have the exact same question. My customer didn’t update her card so her payment failed and the subscription was automatically canceled. Wix help says to get into her subscription and update her card, but there is no way to update her card. It just says Failed and Canceled. Help!
