I think it would be a heck of a lot efficient to have a Wix Code support team where you can talk to an actual person instead of sending emails that never get a response. I have a paid subscription and feel the only benefit I get from it is having the Wix name removed from the website. Other than that, the support is far from supportive.
I totally agree with you! E-mail support looks like old-fashioned and useless. They return in a long period after you send it. And video tutorials made by coders to coders to use them easily… Developer team hopes anyone who never ever has dealt with coding can understand all expression and following terms as the same speed with tutorial teacher or senior developer. Wix Code is awesome but I cant say the same things as other one. And forum… Population of forum users like thin on the ground. You should use other popular social media channels and began to expand your business and give confidence to users in some ways. In Turkey, most of unexperienced web design expert use Wordpress to create marvellous web sites. There isn’t any guide community website for Wix. I’ve been trying to do this. I hope I will do by creating youtube channnel, guide link to my site and more in Turkish.
