Does anybody know if the chatbot works, or if it is just me that cannot get access to it?

I have been having a lot of problems today with the editor which is driving me crazy.

It seems I can barely make any changes, and the ones I am able to make will not format properly. For instance, even when simply adding simple container to a section, I cannot dock it to the top of the section as it will dock to the top of the page instead.

This is only happening on one of my websites - which is the one I need to edit unfortunately.

I am not sure if there is a reason behind this - I have a couple of dynamic pages set up on the website and I am wondering if I may need to reduce the amount of them, is it a known issue that causes the editor to work slowly?

Can someone from editor x please look at this? I have spent a whole day trying to get this to work and I cannot make any changes at all my website.

I have put quite a lot of hours into it and I really don’t want to have to start over from scratch

Step)

Step 1. - Type Editor X

Step2. - When it automatically replies, type ‘Other’.

Step3. - When it says ’ Ok, I think these solutions might be helpful:’
Select It’s something else

Step 4. - You can then select request a call back with the option of adding more information about the issues.

Step 5. - Make a cup of coffee and wait for your phone call.

Hello People! Looks like I am not the only one having problems with Editor X and it is driving me crazy, specially because I need to get things done!!!
My issue is that I cannot delete ANYTHING from my website and I cannot visualize and manage my site masters.
Editor X is not responding to any of my actions.
Yes I have a good internet connection.

And looks impossible to talk to someone :frowning:

let me know if this works for you. The action I am trying to next is on the page titled ‘New Page’, where I am trying to add a header and then put in the asset from my design library called CS bit. I am not even able to add containers to the section below the header after I add the header.

I could not even access the chatbot yesterday but today it is working for me, so I have just now submitted an email ticket, the number is 477472520
