Wix why are you doing this?

I love wix. If I didn’t love it, I wouldn’t use it. All the features and bug fixes that came this year were thanks to my reports. You wonder how the grub search came. I spent a year reporting to wix.
It’s not a threat, don’t understand the situation differently, I’m just tired of solving one problem and another problem arises..
There is always a problem, you are constantly breaking things. My site was not active on mobile devices, please fix it. Now I cannot post emojis in the forum comments. I have been trying to solve Wix problems for more than a year. A new bug appears every day. I had 1k active site users, I lost users just because of this bad experience.

Mobile devices cannot send emojis in comments in web version Wix forum

We create a group post by pressing the create post button on the wix groups website application and selecting the group, but the link cannot be pasted to the link sharing section from Twitter etc.

The member page or content page I created in the branded app is constantly being deleted. I’m so bored of this that I constantly start over every day.

While group posts can be tracked on the website, they cannot be tracked on the branded app because of the lack of communication between the branded app and the website.

In the branded app, long sentences such as ‘she shared in the chess group 23 minutes ago’ move out of the texture and even appear on the menu opened with 3 dots.

Admin settings in the site settings are not effective in the branded app. Example: “Only the site owner can add members to the group setting” from Wix Dashboard is not effective in the branded app.

The branded app lags excessively and crashes. It opens very late and crashes on most mid-range phones. This has caused a huge loss of customers. Even directly, wix group, wix forum, wix’s own applications lag a lot.

When you send a push notification in the branded app, the screen that opens says ‘the screen is not available’

If two members block each other and even if they unblock each other again, they can never message each other again. They constantly have to open new accounts.

I have a lot of bug reports like this. If the development team does not take it seriously and fix the problems, I will sue because you are selling me a defective product.
When the font in the widget in the forum feed is changed, all social icons disappear, likes, comments, etc.
Emoji cannot be used in comments on wix forum mobile web

Hi @bugsreport . Firstly I would just like to mention that posting multiple copies of the same post is not recommended. Also threatening legal action will most likely not speed up anyone wanting to help you.

Now, have you reported all of these as bugs ?
What has been the response from the Wix Team ?
If they are legitimate bugs then the team will investigate and get sorted.
Maybe other members have found a way to navigate these issues ?

I understand how frustrating this is. Did you report these issues to Wix support? They might help with some solutions while fixing the bugs. Hope it gets better soon

Did I threaten ??? I have been constantly struggling with these errors for a year. Do you realize how many users and advertising money I have lost? It is my greatest right to demand this legally because wix is paying me a completely ready and unfinished product and I am constantly paying for it.

Yes, I do this all the time, but most of the time it is not fixed. There was a comment problem in the shared gallery, I don’t know if they stopped fixing it, there are a lot of examples like this.

Hi @bugsreport to answer your question. Yes. Writing that you will sue if the problem is not fixed is threating legal action. There are plenty of other ways to get your point across and let the team know there are issues.
All bugs that are reported are looked into. Some have higher priority than others.

i did and I talked wix .I am a 2nd year law student. There is no such thing as a legal threat, sir. If something is legal, it is not a threat anyway. To be a threat, it must be against the law. Thank you.
