Automation for Receipts seems Faulty

Today, I received the message: “Neue automatische Belege für bezahlte Rechnungen sind da” (translates to “New automatic receipts for paid invoices are available.”)

However, this is not working for me:

  • In the automated receipt dispatch (configured via “Automatisierungen”), the final process step in the preset automation says “Action not available.” (there is a little red exclamation mark next to it). As a result, no receipts are being sent, and I am unsure how or if I can configure this myself.

  • Minor issue: When manually generating a receipt, no logo appears on the printout.

Are you able to share some screenshots of what you’re seeing? I’m unable to see Receipts as a trigger in automations, but I might be missing something completely :slight_smile:

Are there any news on this topic? I have the same issues. In fact, it seems like three distinctive behaviors:

  1. With some orders, there’s no receipt being generated, even though the automation is on, and it got paid. Just nothing happens.
  2. With some orders, the receipt is being generated correctly, but there’s no e-mail being sent out, even thought the automation is turned on.
  3. Some orders get an automated receipt, and it is being sent out by mail. It works like it should. These rare orders can not be differentiated by the ones where it doesn’t work. In some cases, it could be even the same products and payment type.

Even though I tried, I was not able to get any statement from Wix yet.
