Buffer time sync with Google calendar

I tried to solve the issue on my own, but I couldn’t figure it out.

We use online booking only for clients who book through our website, while we schedule all other appointments manually through Google Calendar.

For each service, we intentionally include extra time to account for late arrivals and unexpected delays. Because of this, the service duration is longer than the actual treatment time, which sometimes causes issues with online bookings.

Using the built-in buffer time isn’t an ideal solution for us because that buffer doesn’t appear in Google Calendar. As a result, we might accidentally schedule another appointment during that time.

Would it be possible to add an option for the buffer time after a service to also appear as blocked time in Google Calendar?

Someone have any ideas? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
