Hey Partners!
Following feedback we got about issues with emails sent from/ to partners and clients in the Marketplace, we’ve decided to test the effects of exposing clients’ email addresses and letting you contact them directly.
We hope to improve engagement and ease communication between you and your leads, and in turn, see an increase to the projects’ conversion rate.
If you’re using Wix inbox and Automations to respond to new leads, this change won’t impact the way your leads’ status is updated.
If you contact your client in other ways (such as phone or personal email), please make sure to manually update your lead status to “contacted”. If you won’t, your lead might expire.
This test will affect only some of your leads and will run for the next couple of weeks.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Thanks!

This is great and will certainly help Partners. Thanks Ronli!
In short, it is appreciated that you listen to us and take actions for our benefit. This is why I love being a Wix Partner.
This is an amazing update! We use HubSpot and leads from the marketplace are automatically put into our HubSpot account. With this change, we will no longer need to merge duplicate contact records for the same person when we eventually get their real email.
Thank you!
This is fabulous. Thankyou. We were getting lots of unread Emails going to client junk folders. Already seeing improvement in engagement.
That is a great update!
Thank you all for your feedback!
Thank you for the information I am new here
I think I can learn a lot as a beginner web designer
@cstevens I am looking into changing to hubspot from honeybook. How is the integration set up between hubspot and wix for automatically sending marketplace leads to hubspot?
There isn’t an official integration so I am using automation in the partner dashboard to send a webhook Zapier which then creates a contact in HubSpot. The only issue with this is right now, the webhook payload does not include the notes that are left in a project so you only get the project type. I’m working with Wix to get this added so we will see.
