Client has Subscription but can't book

Client is also owner, a collaborator gave the client a ‘Payment marked as paid.’ (offline).
Shown in the subscription tab-page (see photo).
But if the client wants to book on the website, the client gets the message ‘they don’t have a plan’. And I get the same in the back-end. (see photo)

Trying to achieve that the client (however) can book a session under their subscription when the payment is ‘marked as paid’ by a collaborator.

I have already tried by cancelling an active subscription to that client and gave them a new subscription. Unfortunately unsuccesful.

This happens with Wix Studio with a standard premium package plan.

How to resolve this?
