I’ve been working with a number of people that have come from the WiX Arena and I’ve been having difficulty with one particular thing - there aren’t permissions for experts to help WiX users manage domains and other general info.
For us to currently make changes to domain settings and other information for our clients, we need to either have their login credentials or the site has to be transferred to us.
I would like to propose that when a client gives us Admin access, that they have the ability to select various options for us to gain bits and pieces of what is currently only allowed for ‘owners’. Maybe a selection for Domains, Premium Plans, Business Emails, and Payments could be added for users to give their experts custom access/ permission to fix things on their site.
I see this as a huge issue. It seems very sketchy to clients when I have to ask for either full ownership or their credentials and have lost many potential clients over this specific request.

This is a great request. I always feel uncomfortable asking my clients for their login information. This also applies to having access to their video and music uploads.
@will Interesting! I had a conversation with a Wix PM last thursday about this very subject. And I agree 100% with you! there needs to be a “consultants” permission status that gives us FULL access to the client’s account. My last pass is starting to fill up
