Apologies if this has been a suggestion before (I did a search and didn’t find any).
It is very confusing to the customers in the marketplace to have an option to request help with items that the Wix Partners don’t have access to: domain management, connecting email, etc. I realize there is an added level of risk with this type of permission, but maybe limiting access to certain level partners.
Today alone, I’ve spent several hours walking a customer through steps that would have taken me 30-minutes tops. I’d love to hear my fellow partners’ opinions on this matter, in case I’m missing something.
