- When moving sections up and down we get sections to its default images even though we change custom images and save the design

Iāve recreated my website using Editor X, and Iām half way a new one and Iām really loving it.
Although I had a great experience, Here are a few things that would have made it even betterā¦

The ability to select multiple items from the layers menu.

Renaming sections or items on the layers menu (or simply numbering the sections)

Adding elements inside the clicked item. Like adding an image inside the clicked container.

Selecting a font size range for button and form text. Or having it resize with the box automatically.

I have issues in the My Account page and with the chat app:

In my accounts page, the profile and wall picture is not showing and that whole are is replaced by this error text "To view this content , click reload. " When i click reload nothing happens.

And the chat app is also showing the same. its not loading properly.
And is it possible to copy elements from different editorx editors? This feature is available in the old editor and i canāt find it in the editorX.

Currently, we donāt have the functionality to copy elements from other Editor X sites. We are working on some really amazing features to be able to share your work between sites.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes opening in incognito mode helped.But it should work in all browser modes. Another few bugs.
1.If I want to make a custom signup form with the member bar, the window for custom sign up form is opening under all other windows. So I need to close previous 2 windows to see the window to activate custom signup.
2.Another issue is that if I already have a website with the same link in my wix account editor x rename website window will crash saying there was an error. Actually it should say the user there is already a website with the same name and ask hin to give a different name.
3.Another issue is that some times if I click on an element the selection border/overlay is shown few centimeters under the selected element. It makes lot of confusion.
Have to be fair, like the resizing but not liking the fact it crashes Safari after about 30 mins and I have to close and come back to it.

I personally decided that I wonāt be publishing any live builds from editor x because of the lack of device compatibility across the board; those few things that are left to be desired are definitely on the mobile side, but Iām a huge fan of the mid size screen mockup options. Iām enjoying playing around with it in between working on other projects in the meantime as well.
Is there any way to add a repeater inside another repeater?
Or some way to add a gallery within the repeater?
These features are sorely missed 
Are there any selection tags in EditorX to filter a repeater? If not are they coming soon?

Iām wondering how to achieve the overlapping effect in EditorX. In the old editor we could just simply drag and drop and entire strip to the top and it would look as if itās a part of the header. In EditorX itās all based on sections and since sections canāt overlap other sections Iām a little puzzled by how to achieve this simple, but very nice, effect.
In the old editor all we did was drag and drop so the strip covered the header area and it would load from there. like this:
Top part is the actual header and see how the header overlaps the strip. In EditorX I canāt seem to find a way to achieve the same effect. Iām stuck on this:
I might add that the header section is set to transparent. We need a work around or possibility to have the header or āmastersā to overlap sections on the page.
Any suggestions or is there a feature coming soon? =)

Firstly I apologise, Iāve not read through all pages of this thread. I created a site using Editor X, I wanted to create a āliveā site rather than just play with it so waited until I had a reasonably straightforward one page site to build.
I have to say that I wanted to start very easy so I mainly built it using the pre-designed layout tools and sections, after all this should have been a relatively straight forward one page website.
All went really well, I read the tutorials, I watched the videos and I started adding the various elements from layout tools and sections.
Looks good on desktop, love some of the new features (especially focal points). However, tablet version looks decisively iffy and mobile is just a mess. Sections run into each other, text when using the automatic resize is tiny, half the site is sat to the left hand side but I canāt stretch it out using the drag handles. Whole sections sit on top of each other but I just canāt work out how to drag them down.
As I said for this site as I got to know Editor X, I specifically used pre-designed layout tools and sections so I just canāt understand why they werenāt responsive and how I ended up with a holy mess!
Can anyone tell me how Iāve gone so wrong with this, I thought by using the pre-made sections it would do what it should do, I wasnāt even trying to be clever and work in my own sections?
It looks like Iāll have to rebuild using the traditional editor which is a real shame as I really did enjoy building with Editor X.

Iām Roni, Product Manager with the Editor X team.
I think there might be a few ways for you to achieve what the effect youāre going for.
First, let me ask: Are you trying to have the header in fixed position, so that it stays in place as you scroll?
If so, that option is currently available for sections, but not for Masters yet. Select your header, detach it from master, and the option to set it to Fixed Position will be available through the Inspector or the its Right Click Menu.
Then, uncheck the checkbox labeled āKeep sectionās space in pageā and this header will float on top of the first section, and will remain fixed as you scroll.
If you want the header to scroll with the page, but want it to appear floating over the image in the section below, you can dock that image ,which is in the section below, in negative margin from the top. It will then in effect be displayed also below the section above it.
Lastly, you can also just add containers, and stretch them from side to side so they in effect look like a section, and either have them in fixed position or not, to get the effect youāre looking for.
