Scenario:
This is a true story.
I had a client want to take advantage of the 50% off deal. So, I transferred the site over so she could pay (so she didnt have to give sensitive info to me). She paid, all was great, until I had to work with video…You must be an owner to do certain tasks.
We ended up having to transfer the site BACK to me, forcing me to enter my card for her site. This is a huge inconvenience
Can we have 2 site owners? OR a site owner role and a site designer role with unlimited access??

It’s in the works. We had a mind-meld about it and they revealed they are working on different access levels and roles including a designer role that would allow such things. Not sure about timing but hopefully in next few months
I FEEL YOUR PAIN! This happened to me as well with Wix Video, also with domain connections only site owners can set them up.

We had a client with an existing business tell us, “This is scary!” when explaining the whole ownership/transfer process. Another joked about our access allowing us to do nefarious stuff with financials. Noooo!
