Your plan wasn’t assigned to WEBSITE, because you don’t have billing permissions for that site. You can contact the owner to update your permissions. We are co-owners of the website. We have full billing permissions. This is only a thing now because we set up Wix Studio and our “Team” is listed as the co-owner, instead of an individual account. We never used to have this issue before.

From my experience, things like billing at the account level like domain purchasing/assignment, site transfers and premium plan assignment is only available to site owners (the one who initially created the site or was transferred the site) and not co-owner which is an admin account for a site. Co-owners would have access to billing within the site say for example setting up payment gateways for the site (unless you’re a co-owner in Brazil where there are limited payment permissions).

I’ll share feedback regarding the confusion but something you might be able to try is to transfer a premium site to the account but note that if you’re planning on upgrading the plan after, it might not prorate any remaining time.

You could also try reaching out to support so they can take a look as it relates to the permissions and billing if needed as they should be able to see the team members on the workspace and the roles, the plans and where those plans were purchased.
