Can you help me remove the customer.ai bot?

What are you trying to achieve:
My client had unsubscribed from customer.ai bot but the person who managed it before had quit and we could not even locate it in the website to remove it.

What have you already tried:
I tried to check on the apps installed but customer.ai is not one of them

It is popping up on top of the chat widget, creating confusion for our customers.
