I have a pricing plan that was set to autorenewal. I have since updated this to fixed term so that my customers do not get charged at the end of the cycle. However there are customers that have already signed up to the plan when it was set to auto renewal. How can I ensure that they do not get charged automatically?
If I follow correctly, it sounds like you’d want to cancel the plans with recurring payments, but allow them to run until the end of the billing period, right?
If so, when you cancel a plan, you can choose when the cancellation takes effect - either at the end of the billing period, or immediately.
