I’m having trouble with
Transferring my email licenses from Wix to Google Workspace.

Working in
Wix dashboard (email management) and Google Workspace setup.

What I’m trying to do
I want to move my email licenses from Wix to Google Workspace. Specifically, I need to complete the transfer process but cannot find the Wix reseller’s public identifier number, which Google requires.

What I’ve tried so far
I’ve searched the Wix help center, my account settings, and Google Workspace admin setup guides. I’ve also tried to locate the identifier in my Wix billing and subscriptions area but with no luck.

Extra context
This is specifically about the reseller ID that Google requires when transferring services. If Wix can provide the public identifier or instructions on where to find it, I can complete the migration.

For this, make sure that autorenew is turned off and that you can access the admin account.

Hi Rob,

Thank you. I have contacted customer support, and have an open ticket for it since this morning (11am). It is now 4:00pm.

I’m concerned, because I have the payment coming off on the 4th. So, time is not on my side here.
And, I’ve been reading the forums regarding my issue and almost no one has had success.
