Hello everyone! this is the first time I am writing on the Wix partner community. I am wondering, is there any expert and knowledgeable person in the Wix support department? It’s been about 2-3 weeks that I am requesting to Wix support team by email to fix my domain (DNS) issues that I am having difficulty connecting to my premium site. Unfortunately, no one can get me out of it, neither enough support and instruction to resolve this issue. Is there anyone who can escalate my problem to the Wix higher management department? Instead of fixing my issues, they replied to my email to cancel my premium subscription and insisted on moving out of Wix.
