I’ve been growing frustrated and I believe there’s other partners and users that feel the same. I personally switched over to editor x because I believed it was a step up from the Wix editor. Although it’s better in regards to responsiveness, it lacks basic features that are featured on the Wix editor. On top of that the Wix editor gets small but key new features such as being able to connect HTML embeds to the content manager, why aren’t features like this released at the same time with editor x?
We are paying more for editor x and it feels like we’re getting less outside of the responsiveness. It feels like we’re paying more for Wix’s side project. Now I’m stuck in between going back to the Wix editor or sticking it out with editor x or just switch to a new platform like bubble to create a actual web app as my subscription is up this month. I want to stick it out with editor x but it just seems like we’re left out of key features and basic Wix features are still slow to be added.
It seems like Wix launched editor x with no real future for it, as of Wix will slowly just bring features from editor x to the Wix editor and we’re paying more to beta test the features. If the Wix editor had the responsiveness feature I would’ve just continued to use the Wix editor.
