Issue with Wix Bookings

Hey all,

We are currently having an issue with our Wix Bookings website. Some members who have pricing plans (giving them access to 10 sessions) are able to book onto classes or training sessions with no problem. However, some of them are not then being added to the booking calendar for the session they have booked, we receive no confirmation email that they’ve booked on but their entitlement still reduces. It is a real problem and wondering if anyone had similar issues or know of a fix…!
