I’m having trouble with
getting manual payments to work as intented. Because I’m running a catering business (think meal prep), i want customers to pay on delivery, either cash or card. Instead I get a message saying not able to accept online payments and not able to place an order.
Working in
I’m working on Wix Studio. I have a Premium plan that accepts payments and the only payment method I’ve connected was Manual Payments.

I want customers to be informed that they will need to pay on delivery. But instead, I see a message saying “We’re not able to accept online payments at the moment.
Please contact us to complete your purchase. Thanks.”
What I’ve tried so far
I’ve disconnected and reconnected Manual Payments.
