Why do some of the pics in the free WIX library disappear? This has happened a few times now while I’m busy with a site I go back to grab the pic I used and it’s no longer in the free library. Anyone else have this happen?

Sometimes they show the photos that will fit an specific element. So for example I may have selected a photo for a stand alone image but if I look for it to add to a strip background it won’t be there because of the sizing of the photo. Could this be the case? I also know they try to vary it up occasionally.

No, even with the stand alone image, the pic is no longer in the library.
I guess they changed it up then. That is frustrating. Sorry.

Hi, you can add to boards/favorites images you want to bookmark. We rarely remove images from the library, it’s just the order which changes.
I went through the entire library and the pics are not there.
I could try to help if I knew what pics you are looking for. Could it be a different type i.e. Vector Art, Illustration or Image? The selection between them is different.

mail, I have had this experience as well. Also, it appears that sometimes a great image is in a template, but I cannot find it in the Wix media library. In cases like that, I try to find it in Shutterstock (standalone), determine the best keywords, and then find it in Wix’s Shutterstock library. Not the best nor expedient solution, though.
