Product images disappearing from product pages repeatedly

Somebody please help me. I have over 325 products which I have loaded into various categories and done descriptions for. I did most of these one by one painstakingly and it has taken me 3 months to do thus far. I have been inputting these category by category. So I go back to look things over and discover that half the images are missing from the product pages. I look in the files in the media manager and they are still there. I went back and redid them only to discover more were missing on other pages. I have redone over 200 of them and they keep disappearing. I have contacted Wix via phone but waited over 1.5 hrs on hold. Finally hung up. Sent them an email to request help and get an answer the next day asking me for screen shots. I did that. Then I get another email asking for screen shots and I did it again. So they keep telling me they are going look into it but nothing has happened. No one is helping me. They keep asking me the same questions over and over again. I feel like I am in the Twilight Zone where the same thing keeps happening over and over again. I really thought Wix was going to be better than this. I need help before I go stark raving mad.
