Hi, I switched from wix to editorx before, but when I try on a different website “Transfer Incomplete” appears. When I click to the button and restore history, nothing changes, the same things continue to happen.

There was a known issue that our team was aware of it the store had Wix Stores but has been resolved.
If you are still unable to migrate the site, please contact our team so they can investigate the issue .

@Rob Hi, more than 10 days have passed and there is no improvement. I’m giving up. I love Editor X, even though it has its flaws. I hope these bugs will be fixed soon. Thanks.

may I ask you did you contact Editor X team via the link Roberto shared with you last time? In case the previous fix did not help you, Editor X team need to investigate it additionally

Three stafs in total contacted with me. But there was no result. I guess it’s not something that can be fixed. Editor X has a lot of bugs, probably one of them is happening to me. I am dealing with many problems For example, when I open the editor x Dev Mode, disappearance of the editor part while in preview, like some velo code not working etc. But I love Editor X. I think it will take few year for it to become fully stable.
@gelecegiyazmak I’m really sorry to hear this and hope that it will be fixed as soon as it is even possible. Maybe you have ticket reference numbers, so I will check with the Editor X support team, to see or ask for any updates?
