My client can not edit the website

Question:
Why can’t my client edit the website?

Wix Studio

What are you trying to achieve:
My agency created a website for my client.We then transferred the website to his Wix account, but kept the website as collaborator. So he’s now the owner of the website.
Turns out, he can’t do any editing on the website even though he has access to it. He also tried to add other collaborators but it’s still not working.

What have you already tried:
I tried to give other collaborators the same autorisations we currently have. They still edit anything on the website.

By default, when transferring a Studio site to a client (and marking them as a client), it will default their “Edit Site” button to Content Mode, making it easier for them to edit the site content without adjusting layout.

They should be presented with a little down arrow to the edge of this button. By choosing it, they can access the editor in the mode that works best for them. Either Full Mode or Content Mode.
