Why are new features, such as customizable booking confirmations, not available to existing websites? WE helped build your company by using your site, yet you only offer these type of new features to NEW websites. Infuriating. It makes me dislike a company I used to love. For the first time, I’ve started investigating new companies. If I can only get these great new features with a new website, perhaps I also need a new provider.
