Wix Dashboard Client Requests

Now that the emails from potential clients come in through the dashboard and not directly through email, I find that I am NOT getting the responses through my email. In other words, the query comes in through my email (on my iphone); I respond and hit reply; and then, if and when the potential client responds back, I do NOT get the response on my phone (in email). I have to LOG IN to my partner dashboard to see if they have responded back. I have subsequently LOST possible inquiries because I am not in front of my desktop for a good part of my day, and rely on emails sent to my phone. Has anyone come across this issue…?

Also – I tried to download the WIX app thinking that I would get the queries that way, but instead, ALL my client’s website’s contacts came through – so that every time THEIR client contacts THEM, I got the notification. NOT at all how I wanted this to be. I was hoping to get just MY queries from the Partner dashboard.

I’m sure I am overlooking something simple – thank you in advance for your suggestions!

I’m not the expert, but i know you can “hide” sites on the app. Seems this will stop messages?

Yes you are correct, and thank you! I actually turned off the notifications from my client’s sites – so that they will continue to receive them, but I won’t. Thank you…!

Hi there :slight_smile: I get all my replies in email form as well as CRM, I would double check your email settings in your partner dashboard and at your inbox in your site :slight_smile: I have had some glitches with the new CRM in terms of files not coming through in the partner dashboard inbox, only my email. Hope that helps!
