Now that the emails from potential clients come in through the dashboard and not directly through email, I find that I am NOT getting the responses through my email. In other words, the query comes in through my email (on my iphone); I respond and hit reply; and then, if and when the potential client responds back, I do NOT get the response on my phone (in email). I have to LOG IN to my partner dashboard to see if they have responded back. I have subsequently LOST possible inquiries because I am not in front of my desktop for a good part of my day, and rely on emails sent to my phone. Has anyone come across this issue…?
Also – I tried to download the WIX app thinking that I would get the queries that way, but instead, ALL my client’s website’s contacts came through – so that every time THEIR client contacts THEM, I got the notification. NOT at all how I wanted this to be. I was hoping to get just MY queries from the Partner dashboard.
I’m sure I am overlooking something simple – thank you in advance for your suggestions!
