Problem with Wix Bookings

Everytime I click on my Bookings Page the browser shows nothing instead of the booking system. Just a litte (!) sign is shown in the upper left corner of the window. If you click on reload the booking site will be presented just fine. If you then go to the next stage (choosing timetable, etc.) the problem will repeat. Just white → reload, everything is o.k. Has anybody any idea what could be the problem here? The problem is there no matter which browser you use (safari, chrome, interet explorer…). Even on mobile devices. Clearing the browser cache seems to help. But you cannnot expect your customers to just have cleared their caches before entering your website…

Do you have a link to share so we can test this?
If the problem persists on your live site after clearing your browser’s cache and reloading the editor, I think it would warrant a ticket to the support team.

Also, checking this page may be useful to confirm it’s not a temporary issue with the Booking app itself: https://status.wix.com/

I’ve seen these :red_exclamation_mark: icons from time to time (rarely) when something doesn’t load, it’s usally a temporary issue.

The solution with clearing the cache seems to be a temporarily one. I tested it just a minute ago and the problem with the booking system, which isn’t loading, is back. As I mentioned, all you see is that little (!)-sign. Again reloading the page fixes the issue. But this cannot be a proper permanent solution for new costumers.

I don’t think it is a general problem concerning all booking systems. I’ve already discovered this problem a weeks ago. But I thought, ok let’s finish the whole website first, maybe the problem left on its own when I’m done. And now here we are. The website is ready and shortly before handover to the costumer.

You’ll be happy to hear that everything loads fine on my end. I tested the page on Chrome, Brave and Edge. I’m on PC so did not check Safari.

The services load and the booking system when clicking through loads as well.

I would look at potential local issues: updating your browser, updating our OS, doing a registry cleanup (CCleaner is great on the free version for this kind of thing)…

Maybe others can test the link as well and see if they can reproduce the issue.

Thanks a lot for your help. But the problem is still there. Shortly after clearing the cache, the missing booking system issue is back. Same problem on iOS and Android.

I will now try to completely delete the booking system and install a new and fresh one. I will report to you if this is gonna fix the problem.
