Selling Store Products and Bookings Services Together

I own a salon/spa at which we sell services and products. It is inconvenient that we can not book and sell multiple services and also add a retail product to the same ticket for checkout. I tried a work-around by starting a blank order in the POS system and adding up the total of all services and products in order to charge the client’s card only once. The downside to this is, the receipt/invoice is no longer itemized. It’s a bit frustrating. I hope this is a feature that is being looked into… ALSO, why can’t I edit or add to a booked service when it is time to check out? The POS system should consider real world scenarios. (Ex: a client books a blow-dry service online; comes in for the appt; decides to add a hair treatment and a curled style… in this scenario, we are not able to make the changes to the ticket as the system currently stands - you have to cancel and create a new order)
