SSL not recognised by all mobile network providers

Question:
Yesterday I published a website I created in Wix Studio. I bought the premium plan and my custom domain from Wix, but now when the site is live, my mobile network provider considers it ‘insecure’ and does not load the page… Using wifi or other network providers works OK and the site looks great, but is there actually an issue with the SSL? How can I fix this?
