Question:
I have made a trasparent video on after effect, exporting it as webm format. After I upload to wix, it gets transformed to mp4 format, and making the video look completely different than the original video i tried to make.

What are you trying to achieve:
Im want the video to stay as webm format, not changing to mp4. This transformation will make the original video look very different.
