Uploading product CSV which contains accented text (French text)

Hello,

I am trying to upload my product CSV’s which contain text including characters like: â/ê/î/ô/û etc… Wix, instead of displaying the correct characters, replaces them with a tilted square with a ‘’?‘’ inside. How do I enable Wix to read the characters correctly?

I am uploading Product CSV’s into my stores product page.

Are you loading it using an uploadButton ? Something else? How do you display it to the user?
