This is relevant to Wix.
I am trying to verify my ID for Wix Payments, but it keeps saying that it couldn’t verify who I am.
I am asking this here because I can’t call at the moment, and it is not letting me talk to a human via the chat AI currently.

You can insist with the AI chat and insist about 3 times that you want to talk to an executive and it will transfer you. The system is not very friendly, but we got to the support service.
Now, they are slow to offer solutions and if they come at all. We had a customer pay us USD5,000 and they are still verifying our identity, in an endless loop that is very inefficient.
We made the decision to leave Wix Payment for the same reason. In case anyone finds this comment useful.
