While I appreciate that due diligence takes time, my account remains marked as “On Hold”, and I am keen to understand whether there is anything outstanding on my side that may be delaying approval.
My business is scheduled to launch on 1 March 2026, and having payments fully operational is, understandably, critical to that timeline. If there are any additional documents, checks, or actions required from me, I would be grateful to address them promptly.
Could you also advise whether there is a specific department or contact within Wix Payments that I may liaise with directly to help resolve this matter?
