Wix Payments Verification – Approval Status Enquiry.

I am writing to enquire about the status of my Wix Payments verification, which has now been in progress for just under three weeks. While I appreciate that due diligence takes time, my account remains marked as “On Hold”, and I am keen to understand whether there is anything outstanding on my side that may be delaying approval.

My business is scheduled to launch on 1 March 2026, and having payments fully operational is, understandably, critical to that timeline. If there are any additional documents, checks, or actions required from me, I would be grateful to address them promptly.

Could you also advise whether there is a specific department or contact within Wix Payments that I may liaise with directly to help resolve this matter?

In general, Customer Care are the best place to assist with more sensitive topics (accounts, payments, billing etc), since they have the tools to be able to provide additional information.
