Why Does My Text Editor keep malfunctioning

I am having editor issues a lot lately. Changing text sizes and colors, text boxes blowing out of size when changing fonts, not changing fonts when trying to, site just completely freezing up or disappearing when clicking on anything (Real Random). All of this and more.
This has just started happening in the past month. I have been on wix for years and never had these things happen. I am using Chrome, but i have tried Firefox and even e incognito browser and it is always the same. Any thoughts or suggestions. It gets really annoying because i have to restart the page every time those events occur.

Where are you using the text editor? On the site editor? in the (new) Blog editor? in the e-mail marketing editor?
I have the same issue, but only when I am editing the e-mail marketing.

This doesn’t sound at all normal - have you reached out to our customer care team? When you’re experiencing multiple issues within the editor, our support team needs to take a deeper look. I encourage you to open a ticket or request a callback through your partner dashboard.

If you’re experiencing these types of issues within the email marketing composer across all browsers, I would also encourage you to connect with our support team. This is not expected behavior and it should be looked at :slight_smile:

so how does a wix preferred partner submit a ticket any more without getting caught up in and dead end loop that takes me no where? Really frustrating to say the least!
