I would like to weigh in on this major issue. I am losing clients who have followed my recommendations for years and I am embarrassed. More important, I am dedicated and want to be a part of the solution. This has to get fixed, not resolved, but made so it does not reoccur. I am open to solutions including contracting in to assist until it is fixed and if so, we together can fix it. There is enough talent here to do that. This I know.

I reached out to the team and was informed that your submissions are not eligible for the program at this time. You can always submit another application when the websites drive substantial traffic, however, this does not guarantee approval.
@stevenjose I have no idea what submissions you are referring to as a website to drive substantial traffic when the issue is the affiliate support not responding to support tickets and unanswered contact attempts coupled with not receiving compensation from referrals from the affiliate program. No compensation can be resolved once effective communication and an adequate functional support to resolve issues are in place. I apologize if I misunderstand the response, but I stated that. Thanks. I just wanted to make sure we solve problems here and not just complain. I did receive a letter about websites and traffic and the amazing thing is that it did not address any of the problem. We are already an affiliate with an id and making sales. so I guess 20 basic sites turned premium in less than 4 months is not good enough Helping people afford this product. wknox@ezlifecity.com (ID:26685)
