Wix Affiliate Program Signup form does not work

I know this is not the main theme of this group, but I would like to know if anyone can help me …
I have been trying for a few weeks to register with the wix affiliate program, but the REGISTRATION FORM to register simply DOESN’T WORK, when you finish filling out the form there is no message, no error, much less success, the form simply does not nothing.

Has anyone had or is having this same problem? If someone decided and can help me I would appreciate it very much!

PS: I already tried to talk to the support for affiliates, and the standard support, a week ago and I didn’t have any answer. The problem is not with browser, cache or ad blockers, I have tried all possible solutions that usually make a form not work.

I tried, nine days ago and nobody answered me yet

i have been Wix affiliate past 2 month and i have driven tones of traffic to Wix, got more than 20 free website signups and according to my dashboard no one has upgraded yet and no commission at all, which is hard to believe. i changed my payment information 3 weeks ago and that info is still pending, meaning no one has looked or checked on it since then. i get 0 responses from wix affiliate support so here im commenting because im also looking for solution and as far as i see no one gives damn about affiliate program on this Website so only logical thing is left not to waste time on it. which is unfortunate for me because i did a lot of work to drive traffic for Wix.

Yeah, I see that they don’t really care, I found more testimonials like yours, I realize it’s a big deal, I’m going to join another builder’s affiliate program very similar to Wix.

I received several feedbacks from people like you who are having this problem and can’t get support, it shows that it will be a big headache to work with wix, it’s a shame, because like you, I already have a series of videos, courses, tutorials and lists with people interested in wix, and all that work will be in vain …

Now I’m going to have to convince my audience to make websites and another builder …

Six months waiting answer for more than 30 tickets

As much as I (We) love promoting Wix, and the product is truly awesome, the affiliate section is severely broken with unanswered tickets enough to cost us sales and repeat sales and it is still broken. I want to fix it. get it fixed, be part of fixing it and most important having it work like it should and like we can be proud to refer. As it stands now, I can only tell the truth and point to unanswered tickets. The bad part is that we represent more than 300 seniors who each wanted to open an account, refer each other and make the commission to fund their Wix business. The affiliate section did not and does not respond as of today and it has turned them off and made me (us) look very bad for no reason. Especially with a bunch of retired customer service seniors who know it can and should be fixed without bad mouthing such a good company. I applied back in April 2021, submitted multiple tickets that are all 'Waiting for reply", and have had Wix support reach out to the affiliate team on my behalf and I have still heard nothing.

Unless we are in error, we have not been contacted nor has any of our concerns been addressed. Sorry!.

I did hear back from someone. My Affiliate account is no longer accessible and no way to contact anyone in the Affiliate department to resolve the issue. Thanks.
