Good afternoon.I have a question about the arena.I noticed a large influx of applications this month, but a large % do not understand that they sent a request not to technical support but to freelancers. Many thought they would get help for free. I noticed that the site now has a lot of links with the transition to the arena (order from a specialist) , but many people just do not understand what it is or do not want to. I made my statistics in February, I received 142 applications (3 worked together) 10 duplicates, the remaining 60% do not answer the phone/email, 30 do not like the budget and 10% think. As a result, about 10% of the total mass is triggered - I understand this is not a bad indicator. But the main point here is that a lot of applications that take time and do not bring benefits (someone wants free, and someone does not specify their contacts at all). I once again want to offer: to make the phone item mandatory (preferably with a check function), there was a budget item earlier-customers understood that it was paid and wrote some numbers, now this is not available - but it should be. How to change the submission of information (hire a Pro - to make it clear that it is paid). Thank you for the answer, I will wait for news about you.

Hello there! We’ve discussed this a few times in the community. Research shows that if we required phone numbers the leads would drop by a substantial percentage. It’s always an option for them to add it, but most do not want to be called. As for the budget - thank you for this feedback, we’ve relayed it to the team :slight_smile:
